B.L. Ajmera & Co. started its practice of Chartered Accountancy in the year 1938 as a Proprietorship and was reconstituted in the year 1966 as partnership firm. The firm is amongst the senior most and is a leading firm of Chartered Accountants in Northern India .

Setup

The Firms  has its main  office at M.I. Road , Jaipur, the main business center of the city.  We have a 2000 sq. ft. constructed area and our office is modern and well equipped with computer systems ever since 1982.  We have LAN and every desk of the office is connected with the LAN.  The firm has a very big library with a collection of books at more than 2000.  We have a well-equipped conference room in the office with facilities of projection.

Areas of Working

The main occupation of the firm has been  Audit of Govt., Semi Govt. and Private Organization including Banks, Industry and trade in all fields,   Taxation work for all sectors, Management and Financial Consultancy to corporate clients, Restructuring, mergers and acquisitions and appraisal of new projects. The firm has its own software division for development of accounting and other software for various clients.

The firm has 9 full time partners of which 8 are FCA’s.  Out of these 4 partners have a standing of more than 35 years while 2 have a standing of more than 15 years.  One partner is a Qualified ISA.
